Adding Read Documents to Your Person Record

Sometimes a user reads a document that they want to add to their Person record for training history. As long as the user has the PSN_MANAGE right, the user can add the document to their Person record from the Document Repository window.

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Document Repository link at the top of the window.
    Result: The Document Repository is displayed.
  2. Locate the document you want to add.
  3. Click the Document No. link of the document to add.
  4. Click Action > Add To Requirement.
  5. Zoom to select your Person record.
    Result: The document has now been added to your Person record and displays on your My Certification Needs Completion list as an active requirement needing sign-off.
